I think that we need to tell are email if someone cant get ahold of that person if he cant like get on the website are something i would stongly make this a rule because like if they had to leave are something and forgot to get back to us about something inportant
I agree indeed i usually sleep when the guild is raiding since most of them are from the US (6-7 less hours), so this is a good way to get information.

This is a good idea, Im not sure but i think our webpage may beable to send mass emails to all Member but ill have to check with admin to see if thats possible, Also thers a matter of getting players on to the forums, but it would make raiding alot more easier.
